Saving of space, energy and capital
Our mechanical process for forming the tips produces a properly shaped square tip with chamfered edges, especially in the case of square pins. This means no burr on the insertion surface and no loss of plating.
Round and square wires, mainly of copper alloys, get contact tips and embossing by our tools and automatic machines. Cut as bulk material, mounted on carrier strips or produced end-to-end for further processing.
